StackItSmart is restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. By entering the site you represent that you meet this requirement. The site is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 21.
Educational purpose only — not medical advice
StackItSmart is an independent, educational reference. Nothing on the site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Using the site does not create a doctor–patient or any other clinical relationship between you and StackItSmart.

No sourcing, no dosing guidance, no endorsement of illegal activity
StackItSmart does not sell, supply, broker, or facilitate access to any compound discussed on the site, and does not provide vendor recommendations, sourcing guidance, or any information intended to help a person obtain a controlled or prescription substance without a valid prescription. The site does not recommend a “best” dose or stack, and does not present any protocol as a goal to pursue.
Many compounds described on this site are controlled substances or prescription-only medications in the United States and most other jurisdictions. Possessing, using, distributing, or manufacturing them without a valid prescription or authorization may be illegal where you live. StackItSmart does not encourage, authorize, or condone illegal activity of any kind, and you are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Assumption of risk
The compounds described on this site carry real and sometimes serious risks, including organ injury, cardiovascular harm, and death. You acknowledge that any decision to use, or to continue using, any substance described on this site is made at your own risk, and that StackItSmart has not advised you to do so. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical supervision and monitoring, including bloodwork, if you choose to use any such substance.
Accuracy of information; no warranty
StackItSmart researches and cites primary literature for the clinical claims on the site, and each compound page states the strength of the underlying evidence. Medical and scientific understanding changes over time, some compounds have very limited human data, and errors are possible despite this process.
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currentness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. StackItSmart does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Interaction checker limitations
The interaction checker surfaces documented and mechanistic concerns drawn from each compound’s own monograph. It is not exhaustive. The absence of a flagged interaction for a given combination is not evidence that the combination is safe. The tool never recommends a combination and is not a substitute for a clinician’s review of your specific circumstances.
Intellectual property
Original written content on StackItSmart is released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may share and adapt it for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give appropriate attribution to StackItSmart. This licence does not extend to the “StackItSmart” name or logo, which may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission, and does not extend to any third-party material (such as the underlying journal articles referenced by citation).
If you reuse content from this site, you may not remove citations, evidence grades, or disclaimers, or present the material in a way that omits its risk-forward framing or implies an endorsement of use.
Prohibited uses
- Using the site for any illegal purpose, including obtaining, selling, or facilitating access to a controlled or prescription substance without valid authorization.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Scraping or republishing site content in a way that misrepresents its source, removes citations or disclaimers, or presents it as medical advice.
- Using the site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Third-party links
Citations link out to PubMed, DOI resolvers, and publisher or journal websites operated by third parties. StackItSmart does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external sites.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackItSmart and anyone involved in creating, producing, or delivering the site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health, life, income, or data, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackItSmart from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising under them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
